Please take your time to read our terms and conditions. If you have any further questions, please contact our team at the Conference Office.
Registration will close on 7 December 2026. Any late bookings will need to be requested by calling the Conference Office and will incur a 20% additional charge. Any changes after 7 December 2026 will incur a $25 processing fee per request. We cannot confirm your accommodation until your payment has been received.
Once you complete your online application, you will receive an automated receipt of the confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at snzconf@adventist.org.nz.
We require notice of cancellation prior to 7 December 2026. After this date, any cancellation and refund requests will be considered but will incur a $25 processing fee. We will consider waiving the processing fee on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation for the reason of late cancellation (e.g. medical reasons, death in the immediate family, etc).
We reserve the right to add, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programmes, prices, and venues. Should an event fail to attract a minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel.
Big Camp will commence at 10:00 am Friday 8 January 2027. Attendees will not be able to check in prior to this time. Big Camp 2027 officially ends on Saturday night, 16 January 2027. All campers MUST vacate Pascoe Park by 12:00 pm on Sunday 17 January 2027. We request all attendees not to set up or dismantle their camp during Sabbath hours.
If you are camping onsite in an RV (recreational/camping vehicle) during Big Camp, you may situate it onsite from Sunday 3rd January onwards. If you wish to stay onsite in your RV prior to 8 January, you can do so by contacting the Pascoe Park caretaker, Scott Cameron, on 027 299 8054, and paying regular Pascoe Park rates to him for the extra days.
Children must never be left without adequate adult supervision at all times. When children are not in Big Camp programmes, they must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Young people under the age of 18 years are not permitted to camp overnight without adequate adult supervision approved by the camp committee.
There is an obligatory curfew for all campers from 11:00 pm. Noise levels are not to disturb other campers from 10:00 pm and all campers should be in their elected accommodation site by 11:00 pm.
For Health and Safety reasons, no one may sleep on the campgrounds unless they are registered as a camper. Please also refer to notes under the ‘adult supervision of children’.
